Today’s blog post is a little update on the first two weeks of the ‪#‎MissiesSocialCalendar‬.

A quick recap of my new finds and buys so far:

1. Bageriet Coffee and swedish bun // Bageriet
2. Coffee Break and reading Caffiene magazine // Curater’s Coffee
3. Missie Cindz Christmas Cards // Missie Cindz
5. Splendid cake break at Princi // Princi
6. Lunching at Scandikitchen and Nordic gifts// Scandikitchen, London
7. Flat white and lunch at the Attendant // The Attendant
8. Cheesecake Brownie // Hummingbird Bakery
9. Fairytale Gourmet Cinderella Chocolate Shoe // Fairytale Gourmet
10. REAL Honey comb // Sheffield Honey C0

One of my favourite things about Christmas are the decorations and gift wrap. This year I’ve decided to make my own gift tags – livening up and personalising my packages with come bakers twine and a doodle – so simple, but effective!

If we purchase from small movers, shakers & makers we are helping to pay their rent, buying them food and making their dreams that much more real. It feels good to contribute in some (small) way to little operation. Plus, it’s satisfying buying and finding cool gifts I wouldn’t usually find on the High ST!

So this week I would love you to support your local gems in time for Christmas. If you have or know of a local product or business I would love to hear about them ~ let’s see what’s in store this week, let the new (small) finds continue!  Missie Cindz x

Missie’s Shop Small Advent Calendar is a whimsical Christmas challenege I’ve created simply spreading the message to support our local shops and small traders during this festive season. EVERYDAY’S one big adventure, so let’s discover something new this season!
