The Japan Centre is one of my favourite places in central London for fun snacks and kitchen cupboard essentials! A one-stop-shop for all things Japanese and always a great place for packaging inspiration too. I can spend hours in here; admiring, eating & wishing I could go to Japan! (one day…).

I literally want to buy everything in this shop! – you’ll know what I mean if you’ve ever been here. If you’re a green tea fan, you’ll find all sorts green tea-related goodies here too. The selection of products is seriously impressive with shelves full of Japanese items including: sweet red bean filled Doraemon buns (I couldn’t resist picking one up), freshly made Japanese hot meals and sushi to fun snacks and Japanese cooking ingredients & household cookery items and other miscellany.

Japan is a country I’d love to visit – the Japanese food, fashion & lifestyle, culture & etiquette, design & packaging – everything! is so rich and diverse, but until then I’ll just have to make the most of the Japan Centre.
