London Home Tourist

EPIC Adventure to work/home enforced by #tubestrike brought out the tourist in me.
The London Tube Strike made me feel like Bilbo Baggins in an EPIC adventure getting to work/home ~ a 3.3 mile walk to the nearest DLR stop with stops for breakfast, macarons and lots of touristy stuff in between! Seeing so many landmarks on my walk through London.
I like to swing a ‘so called’ negative into a positive if I can.
I hope you all have a fun and tourist-like weekend. What are you guys up to this weekend? – Why not try being a ‘home tourist’ in your own home town or city for the day too? I’m sure there’s some really interesting attractions and things to do that many of you (local people) weren’t aware of, even though it’s often on your own doorstep.
