Missie Cindz Bakery of Treats - If I had my own Sheffield Bakery it would be very deliciously tasteful!

Patisserie Valerie, York. Not good for the waisteline though, but oh well - Let's eat cake!

I know I tend to blog about all things ‘very’ Sheffield, I still do and always will but this weekend, I ventured to York City to enjoy the sunny bright rays and wow, what a cake-licious weekend it was.

Patisserie Valerie, on Feasegate in York is a FRENCH-STYLE patisserie selling high-quality handmade cakes and has only opened their doors in the centre of York since February. The lovely typography on the shop sign and quaintly decorated front made me stop and gawp. Not to mention, the cakes looked really good too! – a wonderful display of posh cakes for those who like posh cakes. The chain has 32 cafés throughout the country and has also recently opened a branch in the White Rose Centre in Leeds. Who’s eaten and tried their baked treats? and what are your thoughts? Let me know what you thought of Patisserie Valerie and any recommendations on what to have would be appreciated – you all know how much I adore all things foody. If it’s worth a try, I’ll grab my FORK!
